With the acquisition of Germany’s leading data management specialist, virtual minds is strengthening its full-tech stack offering for programmatic digital marketing, which currently includes the Yieldlab (sell-side platform, SSP) and Active Agent (demand-side platform, DSP) platforms designed for the automated real-time buying and selling of media, the leading unified adserving offering ADITION as well as investments in the video technology service provider mov.ad and the adverification provider batch.

For The ADEX, the acquisition offers sustainable financial and structural growth and development opportunities. For example, virtual minds will provide extensive capital for the further development of the company’s technology and significantly expand Berlin as an important company location for the virtual minds Group. The planned growth course will continue to be driven by The ADEX founder and CEO Dino Bongartz, who will continue to be responsible for the successful expansion of the company.
