The Freiburg-based technology holding company virtual minds AG keeps stepping on the gas in the expansion of its ad technology portfolio and has now acquired the Berlin-based customer journey and attribution specialist AdClear. By acquiring one of the leading providers in the areas of data intelligence and real-time performance optimisation in the German market, virtual minds strengthens its business segment of intelligence marketing and expands its technology platform for digital marketing into an integrated full marketing suite.
